To Email yourself a copy of your survey and to check how Email Distribution works:
- Login
- Click the on the Send link for the appropriate survey
- Under Send Survey tab go to Send Email Invitation and click on the Send Test Email link.

Enter one email addresses per line and click on the Send button.
To Prevent SPAM and Abuse, when sending quick email invitation, we have limited the total number of email addresses to 10. If you wish to send to more than 10 email addresses at a time then please use MicroPoll Email Management.

Enter one email address per line in the text box. For example:
email1@company.com
email2@company.com
email3@company.com

.
.
You can customize the email message by going to: Send Survey >> Send Email Invitation >> Edit.
NOTE: Please note that when sending Test Email Invitation the Account Email address is used as the "From" Email Address. If you wish to use an email address other than the Account Email Address then please use the Email Management featrure to send the Survey.
