How does Questionnaire Conversion work?

It's pretty simple. You send us a Word Document (or a text file) with your survey. We will create an account (or login to your account) and create an online survey.

You can then login to your account and make further changes/enhancements etc.

To send us the Word document, click the Survey Conversion link on the My Surveys page.
