What is website intercept: popup - page overlay?
Website Intercept Surveys allow you to collect data on the spot. When users are surfing your website, you can serve them a survey to get immediate feedback. One of the options is to serve popup overlay. This will allow users to focus only on the survey and users can submit feedback without leaving your website.
How to set up Website Intercept - Popup - page overlay?
To enable Website intercept surveys go to:
- Login » Surveys » Send Survey » Website Intercept
Select one of the following link option:
1. Text Link: By default, text link option is selected. A text link for the survey will be displayed on your website. Visitors can click on this link to open the survey.
2. Feedback Tab: Feedback tab option allows you to add a floating feedback tab / button on your website. Visitors can click on this tab to open the survey.
Click on the code text, copy and paste the code on your website / webpage.

How will the popup - page overlay work?
Depending on the option you are using, either a link or the tab will be displayed. Website visitors can click on the link or tab and take your survey.
