IP Address Based Blocking - How To?

How can I enable/disable IP Address Based Blocking on my MicroPoll?
Goto:
- Login » My MicroPolls (Select Poll) » Edit MicroPoll
Click on the Advanced Results Settings collapse menu and check/uncheck the box for Restrict Voting; One Vote Per IP Address and click on the Save Changes button.
IP address logging should be enabled for this option to work.
